I'm not sure how much longer I can be silent
Okay so here's the deal : I am mid 30s & very sad. I've surpressed many things In the last 5 years ( maybe my whole life ) & it's all coming to a head.
I've been so sad or upset lately & I try to just cry in my car so my boyfriend won't think I am a psycho or a drama queen. I can talk to him but i know I frusterate him. anyway , I guess I'm just looking for a place for help . Mainly someone to listen to me & I would like any suggestions.

It's good that you are looking for help and support. Don't be ashamed of your feelings. It takes so much self love and courage to surrender to the pain and allow yourself to cry.
If you have suppressed some things it is in your best interest to work through them. The suppression brings about emotional and physical consequences. Breath, movement and sound are very effective ways to release the holding of emotions and the chronic muscle tension that results from that.
Did you see my page that lists
hotlines and such? If you don't have anybody to talk to yet, this would be a good place to start. It is all anonymous and confidential and they can refer you to local resources in your area.
On another note, I will be launching a program around March of next year designed to help women claim their power and embrace their true higher selves. If you're interested let me know and I'll make sure you get on my contatt list.
I hope you had a good holiday and truly wish that you have an amazing, liberating 2015!
All the best,
Dana
